Steven A. Raibick
President & CEO
Mr. Raibick founded Irrigation & Landscape Management, Inc., July 1997. He has been in the landscape management business since 1984, utilizing over 24 years of hands on experience in growing ILM into an industry leader. Mr. Raibick is responsible for all day to day operations of ILM to ensure that the quality and efficiency of ILM continues to set the standard in the industry. Mr. Raibick is State Certified as an irrigation contractor and DEP Certified as a pesticide applicator. Mr. Raibick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kean College of New Jersey. Mr. Raibick resides in East Hanover with his wife, Laura, and three children, Anthony, Ashley and Jaime.
Joe Cicerone
Executive Vice President & CFO
Mr. Cicerone brings over fifteen years of accounting and auditing business experience to ILM. He is focused on continuing to ensure that Irrigation & Landscape Management's customer service exceeds customer expectations while the company grows. Mr. Cicerone is responsible for ILM's customer base, design presentation and analytics behind ILM's exceptional operational procedures. Mr. Cicerone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University. Mr. Cicerone resided in Florham Park with his wife Kimberlee and two children, Samantha and Sophie.
